Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident HLTA to join one of our diverse Primary Schools from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across school on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to plan and deliver whole class teaching, cover teacher absences, and contribute to the development of the curriculum. The welcoming school based in Leeds (LS26) are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, and the drive and determination to ensure that pupils can overcome barriers to learning and progress; helping to keep them safe, happy and successful throughout their educational journey.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
We are seeking candidates with:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
