Here at Principal Resourcing, we are seeking to recruit a nurturing and supportive SEN Support Assistant to join the the welcoming staff team at one of our partnership Primary Academies based in Bradford (BD3).
You will be responsible for supporting the personalised learning and support needs of a pupil in Year 6 with SEN and behavioural needs, under the guidance of the Class Teacher. The full-time role is available with immediate start and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural needs is essential.
The Primary School aim to create a culture o educational excellence, from within a caring and secure environment that is enriched with the values of discipline, mutual care and respect. You will work in collaboration with the existing staff team to ensure suitably adapted learning and intervention to support the pupils individual learning pathway and ensured active engagement in a range of curriculum subjects.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience, the role is available with immediate start for the right applicant!
We are seeking a SEN Support Assistant with:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant/SEN qualification or equivalent.
- A kind, caring and patient approach.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting SEN pupil progression.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
- Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
